One of the most important events for the agricultural sector is now around the corner: we are talking about EIMA International 2021, the International Agricultural and Gardening Machinery Exhibition. Since 1969, this event has represented a fundamental meeting point for all the players in the mechanical-agricultural sector.<\/p>

Ortomec, of course, will also be part of the exhibiting companies, ready to make its harvesters and seeders known to all visitors, from 19 to 23 October at Bologna Fiere.<\/p>

Let’s see together all the details and news of EIMA 2021!<\/p>

An unmissable appointment<\/h2>

Now in its forty-fourth edition, EIMA<\/strong> International<\/strong> can boast important<\/strong> numbers<\/strong> and the active participation of numerous<\/strong> companies<\/strong> from all over the world. The main organizer of the event is FederUnacoma<\/strong> (National Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers), which again this year promoted an appointment that has now become unmissable.<\/p>

The numbers<\/strong> can give an idea of \u200b\u200bthe centrality of this event: the last edition in attendance, that of 2018<\/strong>, broke all previous records, registering the participation of almost 1300 Italian exhibitors<\/strong> and about 700 foreign exhibitors<\/strong>, with more than 300 thousand visitors<\/strong>, from all over the world.<\/p>

In 2020, to make up for the impossibility of holding the event at the fair as usual, a virtual preview was organized, EIMA Digital Preview<\/strong>. It was an all-digital experience and one of the very first of its kind: characterized by stands and online events, it recorded a good attendance with around 59,000 attendees on the platform<\/strong> dedicated to the event.<\/p>

Particular and necessary attention, for this year’s traditional edition, was dedicated to the safety<\/strong> of all participants: access to the fair is allowed after checking body temperature, a mask is required and special hand sanitation stations.<\/p>

EIMA 2021 between innovation and tradition<\/h2>

The exhibition will take place, as usual, in the Bologna exhibition center<\/strong>, on a total area of \u200b\u200b375 thousand square meters<\/strong>, divided and organized into 14 product sectors<\/strong> that include numerous realities (from companies producing harvesting machines, such as Ortomec, to others that deal with machines for irrigation, breeding, forestation, etc.).<\/p>

In addition to this, EIMA<\/strong> 2021<\/strong> will also be divided into specialized<\/strong> exhibitions<\/strong>, with a focus on particular aspects of the mechanical-agricultural world:<\/p>
