Harvesters for Coriander
Coriander is an aromatic herb that lends itself to different uses in the kitchen. It is mainly a natural flavor enhancer with a slightly spicy taste. The coriander is principally sown in spring, when temperatures exceed 15°-18°, at a depth of about 1-2 cm. The harvest of this aromatic herb is done when the umbrellas have reached a yellow color, a sign of complete ripeness.
