“LEAF” version machine for harvesting leafy vegetables such as arugula, spinach, and baby lettuce, with a stainless steel blade-belt cutting system available in types A (21 cm, 2 pulleys), B (31 cm, 2 pulleys), and F (45 cm, 4 pulleys). The conveyor belt frame is made of stainless steel. The blade height can be adjusted from the driver’s seat using proportional electric sensors or a hydraulic roller, depending on the configuration, while the speed of the blade and belt can be adjusted using hydraulic valves. The conveyor belt, which is food-certified, is equipped with a scraper and a container for residues.
