Radicchio is a very appreciated and consumed vegetable all over the world. One of the most complex phases of the cultivation of radicchio is precisely its harvest, which must take place when the head is well closed. It is therefore necessary to remove the plant from the ground and remove the outer leaves.
Ortomec has a radicchio harvester capable of treating this vegetable with extreme precision, thanks to a special and innovative oscillating blade. The heads of the radicchio are then collected by means of a special belt that allows to keep a product intact and perfect.
